Video Recordings
Since July 2015, Montana statute has required public boards to post audio or video recordings of public meetings online.
TRS board meeting videos are uploaded to the Montana Teachers' Retirement System YouTube channel by the end of the next business day. As of 2026, these videos are considered the official record.

Written Summaries
In addition to the video recording, TRS produces a written summary of Board decisions and actions. This document is presented for Board review and approval at the next meeting.
