Use the alphabetical lists below to find the GASB 68 Note Disclosure report for your school district or organization. Please download and forward your report to the person who prepares your annual financial statements.

• Note:  TRS also distributed this memo to each TRS employer by email. If you did not receive it, please log into the TRS Wage and Contribution Reporting System and update your Employer Contact page. TRS must have on file the name and email address of your organization's current payroll contact person.
