Page last updated 12/7/2018 Use the Employer Contact page to update contact names, numbers, and an email address for your organization.
•Only the Payroll Contact Person, Payroll Phone Number and Email Address fields are required. TRS uses these to contact you about wage and contribution reporting. You may complete other fields at your discretion.
Note: Entering a person's name here does not grant access to the Wage & Contribution Reporting System. See Additional Users for information about giving another employee system access.
Field Names and Descriptions
Address and City, State, Zip fields are filled in automatically from your employer record in the TRS management system and cannot be updated on this page. •Contact TRS if the address contains errors.
Payroll Contact Person: The person responsible for wage and contribution reporting in your organization. You may update this as needed. Payroll Phone Number / Ext: The telephone number at which TRS staff may reach the Payroll contact person.
Personnel Contact Person: An optional field in which you may record the name of your personnel/Human Resources staff person. Payroll Phone Number / Ext: The telephone number and extension, if any, for the Personnel contact person. These fields are optional. Fax Number: The fax number for your organization. This field is optional.
Email Address: The email address that TRS uses to contact your organization about wage and contribution reporting. This should be the Payroll Contact person's email address.
