Change Employer menu option

The Change Employer option is available only to TRS staff and to employers who manage TRS wage and contribution reporting for more than one Employer ID.

 


If you manage reporting tasks for multiple Employer IDs:

The Change Employer page displays a drop-down list of Employer IDs to which you have been granted access.

Click on the list to select a different employer, and click the Submit button. You will see the Welcome page for that employer.

 

arrow_green_16x16 TIP: When you log into the Wage & Contribution Reporting System, data for the lowest employer ID is displayed by default.

oExample: You have been given access to Employer IDs 123456 and 234567. When you log into the Wage & Contribution Reporting System, you will see Employer 123456. You can use the Change Employer page to select 234567 instead.

 


If you are a TRS staff member:

The Change Employer menu option displays a Staff Access page that allows access to data for any employer.

If you know the 6-digit Employer ID, type it and click Find.

If you don't know the Employer ID, you can click Lookup to search by name:
