In odd-numbered years, TRS publishes two issues – One in Spring/Summer with legislative updates, and one in Fall/Winter with general news, reminders, and other topics of interest to members.
In even-numbered years, TRS publishes one issue (Fall/Winter), which may include commentary on the upcoming legislative session and general topics of interest.
